I cannot help but wonder how many of us give little thought to the existence of places like the Two Rivers Detention Facility in Hardin, Montana. We have our own lives and families to worry about and most of us have little time to pay attention to what the government is doing. Perhaps we need to lift us our heads and sniff the wind. It is rumored that over 30 such facilities have already been built in the United State. Can places like Two Rivers, and what is going on there, be linked with any Bible teaching?
Why should we care about these so call detention facilities? Actually, the facility in Hardin, has been empty for about two years, despite numerous attempt to transfer inmates from other overcrowed facilities. Think about it for a moment. A brand new prison, which is empty because somebody, for some reason, wanted to keep the facility empty. Then, on September 4th, 2009 officials with the Two Rivers Authority, the economic development agency that paid for the facility, signed a contract with a private police firm, called American Police Force, to fill the jail.
Now, that is interesting. A brand new prison kept empty for 2-years and then a highly secretive "police force" is hired to fill and manage the prison. Why was the "American Police Force" (APF) hired for the job? Who is the APF?
For a short time the APF had a Web Site but it appears to have been deleted. We have, however, found information from the old APF web site where they claim to:

have an extensive global network;

provide local, regional, and national security solutions to the United States Government;
*
help the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs; and
*
the United States has been and is their #1 client.
Who are they? An article in the examiner, St. Louis (www.examiner.com), which was written by Tim Worstall, claims that an Associated Press investigation of APF found nothing. It appears that government contract databases show no record of APF. Also, security industry representatives and federal officials are supposed to have said they have never heard of APF. What does all of this mean? There is a very strong probability that APF is a front, a shell company, for another organization.
If you dig a little deeper into this swamp it does appear that APF is a shell company. One set of tracks will lead you to the infamous "Blackwater" corporation and if you trace another set of clues it appears that APF belongs to a California company called DynCorp. Then, there is the American Private Police Force, which looks very much like the American Police Force. In fact, the APPF web site looks almost exactly like the old APF web site. Well, it really does not matter; APF or APPF or Blackwater or DynCorp all seem to be notoriously shady and deeply embedded with the Federal Government. The best indicator for the type of organization our Federal Government appears to be in bed with comes from the APF manager - Michael Hilton.
What we do know is:

Hilton claims that he is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Montenegro.

1988: Hilton arrested in Santa Ana, Calif. for writing bad checks.
*
April 1990: Hilton is again arrested in Santa Ana for writing bad checks and for grand theft.
*
March 1993: Hilton pleads guilty in Orange County court to 14 felonies, including 10 counts of grand theft.
*
According to the AP, he spends six years in prison in California.
*
March 2000: Hilton is accused of fraud, larceny, and breach of contract
*
November 2002: Hilton files for bankruptcy, in order to avoid eviction by his landlord.
*
March 2003: Hilton is arrested for DUI in Huntington Beach.
*
February 2004: Hilton files for bankruptcy once more, again to avoid eviction.
*
January 2006: A $5,052 judgment lien is entered against Hilton in Orange County, CA.
A Lexis search conducted by Prison Legal News turned up the following aliases used by Hilton: Miodrag Dokovich, Miodrag Djokich, Miodrag Djokovich, Michael Hamilton, Anthony M. Hilton, Michael A. Hilton, Michael Milton and Hristian Djokich, plus related variants.
There you have it. Either officials with the Two Rivers Authority are blithering idiots or they are marching to someone else's drumbeat.
Can you even imagine being taken by Federal and local law enforcement, under charges supported by the Patriot Act, and then eventually ending up in a place like the Two Rivers Detention Facility? Can you imagine being repeatedly questioned by the APF, who wants you to tell them that you are guilty? Of what, you really do not understand! Remember, under the Patriot Act you are presumed guilty until you can prove that you are innocent. And, that is something you cannot do. No one knows who took you and no one knows where you are. There is no phone call. There is no lawyer. You have no rights under the Patriot Act. The APF continues to question you - they want to know who else is a part of your church or fellowship! Then, they want to know who else in your church is violating the Patriot Act. You probably have never even heard of the Patriot Act, let alone ever read it. That does not matter and the questioning goes on and on. How long can you hold out before you make up a story they want to hear - before you sell out your best friend, your husband, or your parents - how long?
You can stick your head in the sand and make believe this scenario is not coming but that will not stop the evil from continuing to engulf our land. History proves that an elitist centric government will eventually have to use force to control the masses!
In the 21st chapter of Luke it is recorded that Jesus said: "But before all this occurs (wars, earthquakes, famines, plagues, etc.), there will be a time of great persecution. You will be dragged into synagogues and prisons, and you will stand trial before kings and governors because you are my followers. - Even those closest to you-your parents, brothers, relatives, and friends-will betray you. They will even kill some of you. And everyone will hate you because you are my followers."
Mark records Jesus' words with a bit more detail. In Mark 13th chapter Jesus is recorded as saying: "There will be earthquakes in many parts of the world, as well as famines. But this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come. When these things begin to happen, watch out! You will be handed over to the local councils and beaten in the synagogues. You will stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. -brother will betray his brother to death, a father will betray his own child, and children will rebel against their parents and cause them to be killed. And everyone will hate you because you are my followers."
If you want to stick your head in the sand, and if you are all alone in this world, then go ahead and stick your head in the sand. If, on the other hand, you have friends and loved ones you might want to reconsider your actions. This is especially true if you have children. You owe it to them to provide information about what will one day be happening to Christian. We do no know when; however, our children and grandchildren have a higher probability of facing this ordeal than us old folks. Jesus wrote the warning and it is an unwise servant who chooses to ignore teaching our brethren about Jesus' warning. This does not mean you go off like "Chicken Little" and get everyone all worked up. It is simply a matter of relating bible teaching to history, to current events and to what could happen in the future.
When you get right down to it - we are Christians and we will continue to support our government to the best of our capability. Even when we come to fear our government we will remain loyal and obedient. We will not, however, compromise our walk with God to appease the desires of an evil and corrupt government. When given the choice of serving God or engaging in sinful and unrighteous actions, to appease the government, we will remain faithful to God - even if it results in our imprisonment or death.
Remember, the best service we can render to our country is to be active in knowing our elected officials, those running for office and what is happening in Washington. Then, when we vote we will have the opportunity to vote for those candidates who appear to be less under the influence of Satan. We should all labor to be loyal, obedient and politically active Christians.
