Most Americans are under the belief that the United States is an egalitarian society: all people are treated as equals and they have the same political, economic, social and civil rights. On the surface, this is true. The crucial weakness of a true egalitarian society, however, is found in the functioning of its governing body. In a true egalitarian society, a lazy illiterate welfare slug would have the same opportunity to be president as a hard working Harvard graduate. It is obvious this would never work; that is why America is a representative democracy instead of a pure democracy. We have a certain class of people who become politicians and control the country by make the most important decisions: whether the masses like it or not. Lets face it; the huddled masses far out number the few who are qualified to lead this nation. Good grief, if we were an ideal democracy this nation would be in a constant state of confusion. There are just too many unqualified people to let the masses rule - in fact, there are too many unqualified people to start with.
Think of it this way: would you want to see this country run by individuals who put the needs of its populace ahead of the economic and security needs of the country? It is only common sense to want to have the country run by a select number of people who are the more intelligent and more qualified. It is irrelevant that these people are also the ones with the most money, the most influence and the most to gain if the country is properly run. In the high-tech fast-paced society of today you certainly do not want to see this country run by individuals who's only concern is filling their bellies and satisfying sexual urges.
Let us take the time to refresh our understanding of the emerging American government. Almost 2,400 years ago the great philosopher Plato gave us a fairly clear understanding of an elitist-centric society. In Plato's description of an ideal elitist-centric government, society is broken into three classes: Hoi Polli, Hoi Epikouroi and Hoi Phylakes. The Hoi Phylakes are the elite ruling class; the Hoi Epikouroi are the administrators, politicians, law enforcement and military; and the Hoi Polli are the workers and peasants. You need enough Hoi Polli to do the work but you do not want them to increase in numbers to the point where they are a burden on society or a threat to security. And this is the exact problem the American (and world) Hoi Phylakes are faced with. As our government becomes more and more aligned with elitist-centric representative democracy they are beginning to address the issue of: 'what to do with the enormous Hoi Polli population?'
If we take the time to look about us we will see poor people who's father was poor; who's grandfather was poor, and perhaps even their great grandfather was poor. These people are living in a social structure that is known as the 'culture of poverty'. People in this social culture have a unique value system, which allows them to adapt to the burdens of poverty. It does not mean they like being poor: they simply have learned to live with being poor. The burdens of poverty have forced them to adapt to having limited education, living in a community with skewed social values and by their placing an emphasis on what they can control rather than on plans for a better life. These are America's, and the world's, poor - a large part of the Hoi Polli.
In almost every case, a culture of poverty generates populations with characteristics that the aristocrat (Hoi Phylakes) finds somewhat discomforting. Aristocrats don't mind the poor people's unique capability of adapting to environmental and living conditions that would kill an aristocrat. The aristocrats actually love how easy it is to pacify the poor with a little "bread and circuses." They also find it convenient that the poor, as long as they are being fed and entertained, are relatively content to let the aristocrats run the country as they see fit. The aristocrats do, however, have an issue with the poor: they breed like rats. Thus, an increasing population of poor means an increasing burden to the aristocrat. What the aristocrats find even more discomforting is the impact the poor are having on environmental conditions and on global stability.
All this translates to the fact that the ruling elite have identified world population to be the number one issue facing the Hoi Phylakes today. Yes, we are talking about the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group, Rothchilds, Club of Rome and others. These elitists (primarily defined by wealth and power) truly feel a sense of urgency in building a new vision and path for world development: development in their best interest. They are focused on six principle areas: Globalization, Environment, Resources, Security, Economics and Social Reengineering. For this plan to work there needs to be global stabilization or at least strong elitists influence over global events. The Hoi Phylakes know that a Hoi Polli, which has grown so large that it is sucking the life out of our planet, is an issue that must be addressed. And, the answer is Eugenics, which is the study and practice of selective breeding of humans to control the Hoi Polli population.
Eugenics sounds unbelievable doesn't it! Well, just about a year ago some of our richest men and women met in New York to explore using their vast wealth to improve the world. It is reported they eventually decided the best utilization of their resources and influence would be to establish a means of population control. It was also determined that it would be necessary to link population growth with disastrous environmental impacts, social instability and economic threats. Now, these elitists did not develop plans for eugenics; they only identified the need to devote their resources to population control.
Lets look at the Bill Gate's equation justifying the need for depopulation: from an environmental perspective. Bill claims that we must do something to stop global warming, which means that we have to do something to stop producing the greenhouse gas CO2. In Bill's mind this means worldwide depopulation. He defends this position with the equation: CO2 = P x S x E x C.
Where: P = Person (Population);
S = Service per Person;
E = Energy per Service; and
C = CO2 per Unit Energy
We can then rewrite the equation:
CO2 = Person x Service x Energy x CO2.
Person - Service - Energy
This equation makes it very clear that the only way to have a significant reduction in CO2 is to make a significant reduction in the factor 'People': i.e. depopulate the earth.
If you want to find more evidence of an eugenics mind set in American politics you can start with:
* Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by president Theodore Roosevelt in 1902. Holmes was an advocate for selective breeding and he is the one who issued the sterilization verdict in the 1927case of Carrie Buck. He said, "It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting Fallopian tubes. Three generations of imbeciles are enough."
* The eugenics movement is not something new and its promotion is not limited to criminal Nazi minds. In fact, Henry Kissinger saw the benefit in killing or sterilization of burdensome people, individuals he referred to as "useless eaters."
* The Bush family, John D. Rockefeller and the British Royal Family initially sponsored eugenics initiatives, which eventually gave rise to Hitler's racial hygiene programs. Dr. Gary Glum documented the insidious eugenics programs to create a "superior race," which were initially sponsored not by Adolph Hitler, but by American elite families such as: Rockefeller, Carnegie, Harriman, Morgan, DuPont, Kellogg and Bush.
* U.S. State Department Policy Planning Study #23, 1948, headed by George F. Kennan, concluded, "We have about 50 percent of the world's wealth, but only 6.3% of its population. In this situation, we cannot fail to be the object of envy and resentment. Our real task is to devise a pattern of relationships, which will permit us to maintain this position of disparity without positive detriment to our national security. To do so we will have to dispense with all sentimentality and daydreaming and our attention will have to be concentrated everywhere on our immediate national objectives. We need not deceive ourselves that we can afford today the luxury of altruism and world benefaction. We should cease to talk about vague and unreal objectives such as human rights, the raising of the living standards and democratization. The day is not far off when we are going to have to deal in straight power concepts. The less we are then hampered by idealistic slogans, the better."
* President Richard Nixon commissioned Kissinger to direct the writing of a National Security Council population policy. Their efforts resulted in The National Security Study Memorandum, NSSM 200, Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests, dated December 10, 1974. It was officially adopted as a U.S. policy on November 26, 1975, with Memorandum 314, signed by President Ford. It is still in effect, as it has never been rescinded. Each succeeding administration implements the population policies using its own methodology. The NSSM 200 was declassified on February 8, 2007. The plan claims that population growth is detrimental and a grave threat to U.S. national security.
There you have it! There are too many people in this world. Getting rid of the elite will not solve the population issue. The only real solution is to limit the size of the Hoi Polli. War is no longer a solution - they are not big enough. The best solution would be selective breeding but the Hoi Polli won't stand for that - at least not yet. The only logical recourse is for the Hoi Phylakes to engineer a pandemic, which they will have some measure of control over. This would be such a drastic measure that one would think even the Hoi Polli would see the need to control population levels. In fact, the Hoi Polli should be getting close to seeing the need for selective breeding and the need to eliminate "useless eaters." You know, those who are a major burden to society or a threat to our security. At the top of the "useless eater" list would have to be the religious fundamentalists. No matter how you look at it, the fact is that we must do something about would population and do it right away.
OBTW: If you believe that there is but one God: the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; and you believe that there is but one way to God, which is through Jesus Christ; then you certainly fall into the elitist classification of being a "useless eater."
